We process orders within 1-3 business days and offer FREE Standard Delivery for Orders over $75 within AUSTRALIA and you can expect delivery to take approximately 3-4 business days. 

 

We can also arrange Express Delivery Orders for $12.95 with delivery shortened to about 1-2 business days Australia wide, or for purchases over $75 for a reduced charge of $5.00.

 

NEW ZEALAND Orders will incur a $12.95 Standard Shipping charge

or is FREE on orders over $75.

 

INTERNATIONAL Orders are available to UK, USA, and Hong Kong and are charged

a flat $15 Standard Shipping rate.  Enquire further for Express Delivery costs.

All prices on Dove and Crane are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may incur additional charges upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Products purchased from DoveandCrane.com.au may be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of delivery.

All returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection before they are accepted.
 

A full refund will be given under the following conditions:

• The merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its receipt, and must be in the same saleable condition as when purchased including packaging;

• The merchandise must not be damaged, worn or used.

• The merchandise must precisely match product data records;

• Sales receipt must be provided for returned merchandise (otherwise we will only offer an exchange)

• Custom made orders are not eligible for a return (please contact us as we treat it on a case by case basis)

Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment via Funds (Wire) Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the items purchased at time of sale and as mentioned on the invoice provided by Dove & Crane. We will not refund any shipping costs, local taxes, customs or duties paid in the country of import by international customers.

 

We will contact you once we have received your return to arrange your credit note or exchange. If the item has been worn or damaged it will not be accepted as a return. It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged.

All goods purchased from this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
